At S.R.C. Engineering the training of client's personnel either new technicians or skilled production managers is targeted to upgrade their skills from standard ceramics manufacturing process to the latest available technologies. This has been a priority from when Mr Grassi started his career as laboratory teacher. The service offers qualified consultancy for manufacturing and laboratory practises training for personnel at customer's site, in SRC laboratory and in Italian factories where S.R.C. Engineering has been carrying on consultancy for years.
